Here I am sitting, staring at the monitor, with tears down my cheeks.

Just had tried to read an article about children who had died last Friday, and failed.

I don't have words but for this,

"There is a sacredness to tears.  They are not the mark of weakness, but of power.  They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues.  They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, of deep contrition, and unspeakable love."  Washington Irving.

  1. That's a lovely quote, which is very true...sometimes words are just NOT enough at all.

  2. It has been very hard these past few days to even comprehend what has truely happened is the unimagineable, the unthinkable to most. I live only 15 miles away from the town of Newtown and with working in a school has been tough. Such great sadness we all feel for the families.

  3. I will be making a personal copy of that is so beautiful.
Many hugs and much love to you as we find our way
